Bay Drive, Kill Devil Hills
This project was entered in, and won Peoples Choice Remodel of the Year, in the Outer Banks Parade of Homes. It took a 2400SF 1970’s saltbox and turned it into a 5300SF fully modernized and efficient home with 4 master bedrooms, wrap around decks, theater room, game room with full kitchen, gym, screened porches, a fire pit, and so much more! Schoolhouse Drive, Corolla
This project took one of the oldest houses in Corolla, updated everything, added 5 master bedroom suites and a large game / entertainment room with kitchenette on
the ground floor, raised the roof to turn the attic into a full height den with an east deck to view the ocean and a west deck to view the lighthouse. Traditional cypress paneling was used floor to ceiling throughout, with many built ins and upgrades. Click here to view photos.
