With 18 years of experience in administrative support, Erica brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as an Administrative Assistant. Over the course of her career, she has developed a strong proficiency in all aspects of administrative work, from day-to-day office management to more complex tasks such as project coordination and client relations. In addition to her administrative skills, Erica has extensive experience in business operations and accounting, allowing her to contribute a well-rounded perspective to organizational efficiency. Her background also includes 10 years of human resources experience, giving her a solid understanding of employee relations, payroll, and benefits management. Erica is passionate about giving back to the community, a value she shares with Phoenix Restoration. She has actively participated in charity initiatives at Phoenix, where the team is dedicated to supporting local causes. Previously, she also led the Children's Hospital of The Kings Daughters drives and Angel Tree campaigns for her former employer, further demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact on those in need. Known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask, Erica is committed to supporting the smooth functioning of the office while fostering a positive and productive work environment. When she's not at work, Erica enjoys spending time with her children and family. A lover of the outdoors, she enjoys camping, spending time on the water, and embracing any opportunity for adventure. She also has a passion for racing, is an avid reader, and loves cooking and baking in her free time.
Jamie joined Phoenix Restoration in 2023 as a Field Technician, later promoted to Field Supervisor and now serves as Project Manager.
He brings over 10 years of construction and maintenance experience to the team. From water mitigation to minor repairs to major renovations, Jamie’s strong work ethic drives him to manage each project as if it were his own home. His eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality results make him a vital part of our team.
Jamie is a certified provider of water damage restoration services by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification and continues his education to expand the services we can offer our customers.
When not at work, Jamie can usually be found in one of two places: spending time with his wife — he and his wife recently married — along with their four kids and two pups, or turning wrenches on his 1978 Ford F150.
Jennifer came to Phoenix Restoration from the community association management field, where she earned the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from the Community Association Managers International Certificate Board, as well as the AMS (Association Management Specialist) and PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). The PCAM is the highest designation available in community association management — held by only about 2,300 professionals worldwide.
With over 20 years of experience as a community association manager, Jennifer developed extensive knowledge in insurance claims and project management. She played a key role in several large-scale construction projects, most notably a $5.3 million condominium recladding project and a $2 million community clubhouse renovation.
Jennifer has also passed the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies (NASCLA) general contracting exam, a credential that allows Phoenix Restoration to provide residential and commercial general contracting services in North Carolina and 17 other states. In addition, she is a certified provider of water damage restoration services through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC). Jennifer also holds the fire and smoke restoration and applied microbial restoration technician certification through IICRC.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling and cheering on her favorite football team — go Ravens!
Born in Hampton, Va, Mike attended Old Dominion University and graduated from Newport News Shipbuilding’s Apprentice School in 1986. Mike retired from Newport News Shipbuilding as a Construction Supervisor in the structural repair department. Mike and his family moved to the OBX in 2019 while working for Oceaneering Industries as a Structural Program Manager.
Mike joined the team at Phoenix Restoration in 2022 where he has been able to apply his previous building knowledge and experiences to help advance Phoenix as a go to in the restoration and remodeling industry. When not at work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and surfing.
